Are you experiencing emotions that are difficult to manage on your own? I integrate evidence-based practices to guide you through roadblocks that keep you stuck. My therapeutic approaches are CBT, strengths-based, and integrative; meeting you where you are at, and assisting you with where you want to be. I obtained my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on mental and integrated health. My ultimate goal is to offer a safe, comfortable, and open approach to heal. My therapeutic style focuses on “whole body healing.”

Accepts new patients after hospitalization for

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
