Hello! It is in my heart to meet each person where they are, and to hold a space for whatever is on their heart to work through. Growth is hard, and I understand that, sometimes we need a space solely dedicated to self-insight, growth, and compassion, and that is what I find my clients and I doing together. If it feels right for you, I hope that we can do that together as well. I am trained primarily in trauma-based therapy, but of course my clients determine what their unique goals are, and we work from there!
