Stephanie Angione

I work with couples and individuals who are eager to uncover and transform the painful patterns of the past, seeking new ways of being in their lives and relationships. My clients typically include adults (18+) from diverse backgrounds and orientations. I assist those facing communication barriers, challenges with emotional and physical intimacy, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, complex family dynamics, chronic pain and illness, the effects of trauma, and questions of spirituality. I am especially passionate about helping couples navigate relational challenges to cultivate more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
