AuDHD-identified therapist helping neurodivergent/questioning adults find relief, wellness, and a loving self-relationship.

My approach is founded on respect and compassion, affirming your intersecting identities and experiences. I facilitate a safe therapeutic relationship, and clients describe me as warm and caring. I offer virtual adaptations of trauma-responsive creative arts, mindful somatic/embodied interventions, and "parts work," so you can heal in your safe place at home. These approaches draw on the strengths of your inner resources and address your nervous system's needs for healing, which are especially important for ND populations. This makes therapy more effective than "just talking," and also relieves the pressure to describe the painful parts of your story. There's a lot more information on my website about who I can help, and how, so I hope you'll check it out! Whether we work together or not, I wish you the best.
