I'm AuDHD therapist committed to making assessment a welcoming experience. Let's help you understand yourself and start building a more sustainable life!

I offer virtual assessments for Autism and/or ADHD, and screen for other conditions to create a thorough report that can help you get accommodations at work or school. In the assessment process, I believe the best way to recognize your neurotype is to welcome your needs and comfort, and prioritize your lived experience over outside observations. In therapy, I offer trauma-responsive creative arts, mindful somatic/embodied interventions, and "parts work"--all online, so you can heal in your safe place at home. Clients describe me as warm and caring, and tell me they feel understood in a way that's been hard to find elsewhere. Whether you work with me for assessment or therapy, my approach is founded on respect and compassion, affirming your intersecting identities and experiences. Together, we'll create a safe relationship to learn about yourself and create guidance towards a sustainable and enjoyable life. There's a lot more information on my website about me and my work. I hope you'll check it out, and let me know what questions you have!
