I look forward to meeting you. I have been working in the area of mental health and trauma since I have was 18 years old. I have always been a healer, someone who genuinely wanted to help others feel just a little bit better, if even for a short time. After graduating from Western Michigan University in 2000, I worked for several years helping people who were in crisis. It was difficult not knowing what happened after the crisis was resolved, though it was always rewarding helping people through a difficult time. I began offering tele-health therapy after the pandemic, a time which was causing many people to feel isolated. I am certified in EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as well as the SSP (Safe & Sound Protocol). Both of these therapies have been incredibly helpful in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and many other issues.
