Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I am an LCMFT with 20+ years of experience supporting women through the complex emotional terrain of infertility, pregnancy, and major life transitions.
I specialize in helping women reconnect with themselves, feel grounded in their decisions, and create space for healing and personal growth. As a mom, wife, and professional, I understand the balancing act and the challenges that come with trying to do it all. As someone who has struggled with infertility and continues to navigate life with PCOS, I know the daily stressors and the feeling of walking alone. And as a woman blessed to become a mother through adoption, I deeply understand that every path to motherhood is unique. My practice is dedicated to supporting women navigating the deeply personal and often overwhelming challenges of infertility, pregnancy, and major life transitions. Whether you’re facing the silent grief of infertility, the emotional complexities of pregnancy, or the uncertainty that comes with change—you don’t have to carry it alone. This work is rooted in the belief that your story matters. That even in the midst of pain, doubt, or exhaustion, there is space for healing. For reconnection with yourself. While every journey is unique, therapy offers a space to exhale.
