Helping people rediscover peace and joy is the aim of my therapeutic work.

Complicated family dynamics, generational trauma, and stage-of-life transitions are three of the concerns that I am privileged to help others navigate. I value collaboration, kindness, and Midwestern values, combined with clients' expertise on their lived experiences. We will use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches to process and resolve your concerns, including: CBT, DBT, EMDR, family systems theory, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and psychodynamic theory. Thank you so much for your consideration; I'd be happy to talk further with you!
