With over 20 years of experience, I will walk alongside you as you develop coping skills and create a rich, meaningful, and authentic life for yourself.
Life can be so difficult at times. School, friends, family - sometimes, the stress becomes overwhelming. You might have landed on some unhealthy or ineffective ways of coping. These strategies work temporarily, but you know that they're not a long-term solution. You're looking for a better way - for more stability, balance, and freedom. You'd like to understand yourself better, know why you're triggered when you're triggered, and learn how to respond more effectively. In our work together, you'll gain insight, and you'll also learn practical skills for engaging with life in a way that aligns with your goals and values. You'll find in me not just a cheerleader but a mindful accountability partner. I'll show you compassion and respect but also call you out if you're okay with that. We'll figure out what's working and identify and shift what isn't. I welcome the opportunity to help folks with varying symptoms and identities. I look forward to hearing from you and beginning this powerful work together.
