Robin Forgione Counseling and Associates, PLLC. provides a safe, supportive space to assist you on your mental health journey.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies to help individuals uncover their strengths and discover new ways of thinking that work best for them. My focus is on empowering clients to see themselves as experts in their own lives and guiding them to their own solutions. In taking a holistic view, I help clients see how physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors affect overall wellness toward gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. I also help clients recognize and change negative thought patterns to develop healthier ways of thinking and behaving, while incorporating mindfulness techniques that foster awareness and relaxation. My goal is to provide a safe and open environment where clients feel acknowledged, encouraged, empowered, and hopeful.
