Spectrum Psychology and Wellness was formed in order to meet the holistic needs of our community. Our approach is strength-based and person-centered.
Spectrum Psychology and Wellness offers in person and online therapy in Arizona with experienced psychologists and therapists. We provide therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more, serving diverse populations including teens, adults, and seniors. We also provide medication management services with our psychiatric nurse practitioner. Our Spanish-speaking therapists use individual and couples therapy modalities. We accept various insurances like Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, AHCCCS, and Medicare, and offer out-of-pocket payment options. Located in Mesa and Gilbert, AZ, we are committed to helping all individuals and couples, as well as, supporting people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and veterans.
