Healthy Synergy, (Healthy Synergy, LLC) LLC

Through counseling and coaching, Healthy Synergy, LLC aims to foster a safe space that empowers individuals and family systems to create their most authentic selves. We believe that Black Lives Matter, diversity is what makes us wonderful, and that all people deserve quality, whole-body wellness regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, and/or ability. We lead by example as advocates for social justice in our community, and we support those who are often marginalized to find their voices and create the lives they value. Our vision is to support all people in transforming their intrapersonal relationships from one of criticism to one of compassion. To live is to experience all there is in this world, which often includes darkness and struggle. Rooted in the concept of dialectics, Healthy Synergy, LLC believes that being present can aid in the journey to greater joy through the processing of pain. The word HEALTHY is best defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity with the concept of SYNERGY explaining the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements.
