I value the importance of acknowledging you as an individual with personalized treatment plans and that your struggles do not define you.

Taking that first step and coming in for counseling can be a little intimidating. I feel passionate that continuing growth is always possible, even when we struggle to find the light at the end of the tunnel. I am levels 1 and 2 trained in Gottman for Couples, and I am completing my certification to obtain licensure from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) as a Sex Therapist. I emphasize the importance of faith-based practice and have strengths in substance abuse, chemical dependencies, and I am informed about various aspects of sex-positive, kink communities, human sexuality, trauma, anxiety, sexual abuse, sexuality across all cultures and work with all age groups. I utilize the benefits of Existential techniques and CBT, am faith-informed, and value empathetic approaches and motivation to build trust with clients.
