At Solace we think therapy truly works when you are truly Seen and Heard. Stop the suffering and give us a try.
Counseling can help you feel better, show up different, have better relationships and push you to be the person you always hoped to be. Our focus in sessions will explore your history and help you understand how your past continues to show up right now. Sometimes our past propels us but some parts of it hurts us and stunts our growth. When starting therapy its helpful to come weekly so we can focus on why you are having increasing anxiety and depression then we will focus on learning the skills it will take for those feelings and thoughts to decrease. You and those around you will begin to notice changes within 2-4 weeks if we stay focused and consistently implement the skills.
