I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019, and I have experience supporting adolescents/young adults and adults with concerns such as grief and loss, relationship issues, substance use issues, life adjustments, anxiety and depression. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, running, spending time with close friends and family and playing with my two cats. My approach to therapy is predominantly relational; in other words, my work emphasizes the importance of connection and the role of relationships past and present in our current lives. The types of therapy I offer include Attachment-Based, Grief Support Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy.
