Sima Patel

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with comprehensive experience in both outpatient telepsychiatry and inpatient psychiatric care. I treat a diverse patient population, from children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics. I completed my psychiatry residency at East Carolina University after earning my M.D. from the American University of Integrative Sciences. My academic background also includes a Master's in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University. During medical school, I saw firsthand how integral mental health is to every aspect of our lives and felt a calling to help the growing number of individuals who were suffering. It is my life's greatest privilege to witness the positive changes that effective treatment can bring. I am deeply committed to partnering with my patients to help them achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD schizophrenia and personality disorders.
