Talk therapy is a great tool to have in our tool box! I'm a nature-loving psychotherapist who loves helping others work through life's daily stressors!
I’m a nature-loving psychotherapist. I’ve always used nature to cope with my anxiety & daily life stressors. I’ve been an over-thinker and nature photographer (safespacesisi) since I was 14 & I’ve been practicing in the mental health field since 2018! I believe we all have trauma to work through in order to maintain our mental wellness and be our best selves. Talk therapy is a great tool to have in our mental health toolbox to help us process, manage, and work through our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and emotions. I believe through Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, we will be able to focus on our unconscious mind and identify the root causes of current life stressors.
