Hi! Seattle Counseling and Wellness is a group practice made up of clinicians from all walks of life who are eager, excited, and skilled to work with you!

I began my career as a counselor at University of Wisconsin-Madison's counseling center. From Fall of 2018 to Summer of 2023, I provided services exclusively to students, including both undergraduate and graduate students. Utilizing Relational-Cultural and Interpersonal Process modalities, I enjoy working with folks who experience social anxiety, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, and challenges with conflict, as well as supporting exploration of sexual orientation and gender identity. My approach to treatment includes acknowledging the impact of societal messaging and inequality on the concerns my clients face.
