Piedmont Counseling Collective offers a wide range of clinical services and is open for couples and individuals seeking for support.

I work with individuals who long to feel more connected to themselves, and to life. Folks I work with may carry anxiety, trauma, or sensitivity that’s left them overwhelmed or disconnected. I support my clients in wanting more than just coping. My clients are ready to reclaim wholeness, regulate their nervous system, and embody the grounded, vibrant presence that is their birthright. As a holistic therapist, I draw from mindfulness, somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, and integrative health. We explore how your past, biophysiology, and inner world shape your present. Our work invites regulation, emotional clarity, and a felt sense of safety, so you can live with greater ease and authenticity. I honor the courage it takes to step into this work. In our sessions, we meet both your shadows and your strengths. Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen. It’s my honor to walk with clients through the dark and tender places. Together, we’ll explore what helps you soften, regulate, and expand. If this work resonates with you, please reach out!
