Sarah Dulaney
(She/Her/Hers)
Pre-Licensed Professional
Hi, I’m Sarah! I help young adults and college students manage anxiety, depression, and stress while building confidence to thrive through life changes.
Many of my clients struggle with confidence, feeling overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, and I provide a supportive space to explore these concerns without judgment. My approach is collaborative and practical. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness strategies to help you better understand your emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll focus not just on managing stress but also on building confidence and resilience so you feel more grounded and capable in daily life. I believe therapy should feel supportive and collaborative, where you feel truly heard, understood, and encouraged. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and ready for the future you’re building.
