With a deep passion for helping individuals integrate their struggles into a persona of strength and resilience, I strive to empower you on your healing journey. Throughout my 9 years as a clinical therapist, I have incorporated trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches into my practice. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-based, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and body-based interventions. By drawing from these modalities, I provide a holistic healing approach. I approach therapy with a lens of attachment and family systems, recognizing that we are influenced by our culture, environment, and experiences. I firmly believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each individual and my role is to offer guidance and support as we uncover your inner resources.
