I help students with trauma, anxiety, academic pressure & identity questions using evidence-based tools & mindfulness. I also provide EMDR.

Hi, I'm Shon, a Licensed Certified Social Worker seeing clients in person at Northeast Health Services in our Milford, MA clinic, and online. If you're looking for someone who will hold space for you and help you process whatever it is that you want to process—trauma, relationships, or just life as a human being in 2026—I'm here for you. I have worked with all walked of life, all ages and all backgrounds. I am a very warm, nurturing, clinician who will hold a safe container for you. I won't give you advice. I'll just listen, reflect, and help you digest whatever it is that you are currently working with. My aim is so that we end every session where you feel a little bit more okay—like you know something about yourself more than you did before. I am a dancer and a meditator, and somatic practices are very important to me. We can process things by using mindfulness, meditation, or movement. If you challenges are more behavioral — for example, if you are cutting yourself, or are addicted to something that doesn't meet your need for self-respect—we might take a more behavioral approach, drawing from cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Or, if you just want someone to be there and hold witness to you, just the way you are, we can take a more non-directive approach. I am currently getting certified in treating trauma and PTSD with EMDR Level 1 training, and we can work together in that way, too.
