I help students with stress, anxiety, academic pressure & identity questions using evidence-based tools & mindfulness. I also have expertise with ASD.

Are you feeling like you're supposed to have everything figured out while secretly wondering if everyone else got a manual you missed? Maybe you're pulling all-nighters, overthinking your social interactions, or struggling with stress that feels impossible to shake. I get it. I was that kid who felt different and struggled to fit in. Born with a disability that required years of recovery, I transformed from an angry, insecure teenager into someone who found a sense of productive purpose and confidence. Now I help college students navigate stress, anxiety, identity questions, and academic pressure using evidence-based tools that actually work. My approach combines practical techniques from DBT and CBT with mindfulness and real understanding of what it's like to feel like you don't belong. Whether you're dealing with perfectionism, social anxiety, or just trying to figure out who you are beyond your GPA, we'll work together to build skills that help you thrive, not just survive. You don't have to have it all together to start therapy. Sometimes the bravest thing is admitting you need support. Ready to see if we're a good fit? In addition to my work with college students, I offer neurodiversity-affirming support for young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who may be navigating social anxiety, sensory overwhelm, or identity development. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ students and those questioning where they belong in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference. I provide therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem challenges in academic settings, helping clients find clarity, connection, and confidence both in and outside the classroom.
