(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychotherapist
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in eating disorders, OCD, and grief, offering compassionate, collaborative care grounded in social justice.
I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating eating disorders, OCD, trauma, grief, and anxiety. My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and deeply respectful of the ways our histories, identities, and environments shape our mental health. I don’t believe distress exists in a vacuum, and I work with clients to understand not just what they’re experiencing, but why it makes sense. I integrate trauma-informed, embodiment-based, and evidence-based approaches, including ACT, ERP, and somatic work, while always moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Therapy with me is structured and intentional, but not rigid. We focus on building skills and insight without losing sight of your humanity. What makes my practice unique is the way I hold both the clinical and the relational. I specialize in complex presentations where eating disorders, OCD, trauma, and identity stress intersect, and I’m especially attuned to how weight stigma, systemic oppression, and medical trauma impact healing. I work from an anti-oppressive and decolonial lens, and I aim to create a space where your experiences are not minimized or pathologized. Above all, I see therapy as a place to be witnessed, not fixed. We’ll work together to build flexibility, self-trust, and meaningful change, while honoring the parts of you that have helped you survive.
