Shiela Kough
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Work (LSCSW)
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.
Having lived in rural America my entire life, I understand its people’s unique needs and culture. I have extensive experience helping adults and seniors manage chronic mental health issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and coping with physical disabilities. I have 25 years of experience providing outpatient therapy in community mental health centers, nursing homes, intensive outpatient groups, and telehealth. I am a passionate ally of the LGBTQ+ community and highly value diversity. My therapy approach is relatable, non-judgmental, and casual yet professional.
