I have over 30 years of experience working with adolescents (ages 16-19) and adults of all ages. I draw from a range of therapy modalities, blending education and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, attachment issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress-related disorders, and ADHD I strive to create an open and trusting therapeutic relationship, partnering with clients on their healing journey towards emotional well-being and resilience.
