(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I specialize in identity related issues, adjusting to college life, and relationship concerns.
Therapeutic work can help you feel more spontaneous, more connected to yourself and others, and to your desires and fears. It can lead to new possibilities for intentional choices. In our process, as you work towards sharing whatever is on your mind, we engage in listening, thinking, and feeling together, paying attention to patterns that may echo your past and our broader sociopolitical context. We explore what may have been difficult to think or feel through before, opening up room for deepened curiosity, self-understanding, and new ways of relating with your internal and external world. I especially enjoy working with clients who want to address relationship issues, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and questions around identity. I enjoy working with college and grad students and recent grads, artists, and older adults. I offer the option to meet multiple times per week for more intensive psychoanalytic work if appropriate. I am completing training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at The William Alanson White Institute, and am studying Modern group process at the Center for Group Studies in NY. Please reach out for a free brief call to see if we might be a good fit.
