I specialize in supporting women of all ages through major life transitions and couples navigating conflict, communication challenges, or life changes.

I specialize in supporting women of all ages as they navigate major life transitions, whether stepping out on their own for the first time, beginning a new relationship, or launching their career. As a compassionate listener, I create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges. My approach is collaborative and empowering, helping clients unlearn negative core beliefs and build confidence without simply offering encouragement. Utilizing Narrative Therapy, trauma-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches, I provide the tools and strategies needed to create real, lasting change. I help clients rewrite limiting stories, heal from past wounds, and develop actionable steps toward their goals. I also guide clients in deepening their connection to their emotions, fostering self-awareness and resilience so they can thrive in their new chapter of life.
