Utilizing Narrative Therapy, trauma-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches, I provide the tools and strategies needed to create real, lasting change. I help clients rewrite limiting stories, heal from past wounds, and develop actionable steps toward their goals. I also guide clients in deepening their connection to their emotions, fostering self-awareness and resilience so they can thrive in their new chapter of life.
