Congratulations on your decision to being your journey towards recovery! The entire staff of the Dual IOP is dedicated to ensuring your success by providing you with tools, resources, and support necessary to develop an effective recovery program. A staff member will be available during the course or your treatment to answer any questions or needs. Dual Diagnosis treatment addresses both the mental health and substance use components that contribute to addiction. Our multidisciplinary team uses a trauma-informed approach to support all of the unique factors that have led each person to where they are today. Evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are incorporated for the individualized goal each person chooses for their recovery. Dual IOP utilizes a group therapy format to empower the comradery in people of ages 18+ on their recovery journey. Psychoeducation includes tools for cravings, depression, anxiety, anger, shame, and grief or loss. Group members develop new coping skills to manage the stressors in their life and build a strong foundation for sobriety.
