Having worked in behavioral/mental health for over 10 years in various settings/roles including corrections, inpatient care, outpatient care, community mental health, residential care, and acute treatment she is passionate about advocating for mental health and vulnerable populations. Shavaun strives to build a therapeutic partnership with each patient to understand who they are and their goals for their health and life. She is passionate about advocating for and empowering patients with diverse backgrounds by means of providing resources, emotional support, and evidence-based treatment.
