Navigating Challenges, Fostering Growth: Your Journey to Resilience Begins Here!
Greetings! My name is Shauna Little, drawing on a rich history in the field of social work since 2014, I hold both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work. Fueled by personal experiences, including my own journey through mental health struggles, I became a therapist. As an African-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, my mission is to be a beacon of support for others facing challenges like Depression, Anxiety, and Self-esteem, and Grief/loss. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help when you are in a vulnerable state. Together, in a safe and supportive space, let's work on your path to a healthier and happier you.
