Sharon Reddy

I believe in addressing all aspects of our well being and have learned that seeking support helps reach our full potential. I love to cook and of course try new cuisines. I am a South Asian born in Fiji but grew up in Oregon. I did internships abroad in India and Spain which further encouraged my choice to develop a career in the mental health field. In a counseling session, I support clients in exploring ways they can improve overall quality of life while addressing current stressors. I help support clients as they explore and learn more about themselves while helping them find hope.
