In therapy, I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or stress from school and life? It’s okay to feel this way — you’re not alone. Sometimes these feelings can make you feel stuck, unmotivated, or like you’re not living up to your potential. Maybe you worry that you’re failing, don’t deserve success, or just trying to get through the day. In therapy, I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. We’ll use strategies to help you manage anxiety, depression, or substance use that might be interfering with your goals and relationships. Whether you’re navigating academic pressures, social challenges, or career uncertainty, therapy can help you build resilience. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to need support. Together, we can work through these challenges and find peace and hope. I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey. To get started, send me an email to schedule an appointment. In addition to what’s already shared, I offer convenient remote therapy across Virginia via chat, voice, or video—ideal if you’re balancing work, caregiving, or school commitments. I work in‑network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid and UnitedHealthcare in Virginia, so your sessions can be fully or partially covered. I specialize in supporting young adults and adults coping with substance use, alcohol or gambling concerns, and performance or social anxiety, bringing CBT and motivational interviewing into therapy tailored to your life. I’m here to walk beside you with that same warmth and understanding—feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
