I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with experience healing Complex Trauma, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety and other mental health concerns. Working together, we can collaborate to increase your wellbeing in a supportive and accepting environment. You will learn about your diagnosis and receive a custom tailored treatment plan to learn how to heal emotional distress, relationship problems, self-esteem issues and to stop patterns of self sabotage to grow and heal.
