I specialize in Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and Behavioral Issues, and primarily work with kids and teens.

Being a kid is tough work and sometimes we parents might need some extra support to help ours. If you have a little one maybe struggling with school, friends or family and maybe demonstrating some negative behaviors, I would love to help. Or if you're and adult and are struggling with anxiety or depression I can also help you navigate those feelings, and develop strategies to help combat them and feel better. I use a trauma focused approach and have trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and mindfulness. I hold a social work license and have experience in outpatient and hospital settings. Acting out or unstable mood or behavior can be a communication of an unmet need, or a response to trauma or stress. I can assist in exploring the root cause, and help develop a plan to find more healthy coping strategies to help move you into success. Call or email now to discuss you needs.
