I specialize in Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and depression, and primarily work with adults.

You may look like you have it all together, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck. Maybe you're facing major life changes, struggling with perfectionism or carrying the weight of trauma. Perhaps you are caring for yourself or a loved one through chronic illness and the stress feels unrelenting. You want to feel less consumed by worry, more at ease in your relationships and more confident in how you handle challenges. Therapy can be a place where I help you finally set that weight down and start to heal. You may look like you have it all together, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck. Perhaps you are caring for yourself or a loved one through chronic illness and the stress feels unrelenting. You want to feel less consumed by worry, more at ease in your relationships and more confident in how you handle challenges. Therapy can be a place where I help you finally set that weight down and start to heal. I work to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can seek support. My specialty includes taking a holistic approach to care incorporating modalities such as person-centered, strengths-based, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. These evidence-based specialties allow me to help clients build skills, process trauma, and create lasting change that aligns with their goals. Together, we will identify what is getting in the way of the life you want and build tools that help you move forward. Whether you need new coping skills, healthier boundaries, or a safe place to process stress and trauma, I tailor sessions to your needs so you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
