I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. I will meet you where you are and get you where you want to be.
Welcome! My approach to therapy is an eclectic and collaborative approach that will meet your individual needs. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families. I will value your perspective and work collaboratively with you while providing support and guidance in achieving your goals. Together we can create a therapeutic relationship that offers self-awareness, acceptance, insight, resources, and the integration of past and present experiences. Such integration can provide you with a sense of mastery and confidence that will help you regulate your emotional and cognitive responses in your everyday life. My theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach that blends and combines many modalities and techniques. My focus of attention in every session is client-centered and strength-based which means we will start where you are and continuously utilize your wisdom and experience to create the bridge to growth and change. I welcome feedback and collaboration in creating a safe and confidential space that will assist you as we discover resources and tools to help you.
