I am looking forward to working with you to start the healing journey. I have been working in the role of a medical social worker over 20 years. My experience, knowledge and unique counseling style will be an asset in your journey. I am a retired army veteran, single parent, and have professional and personal experience with divorce, ADHD and domestic violence. Together we can identify strengths, patterns, trauma, triggers, and fears to effectively work through ineffective defense mechanisms incorporating effective coping skills promoting self care.
