Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in supporting young adults with anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I hope to connect soon!

My name is Shannon Lopynski, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Driven by a deep curiosity about mental health and a desire to better understand my own life transitions, I was drawn to this work long before I ever sat in the therapist’s chair. I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, and I approach each client with empathy, warmth, and respect. I specialize in working with adults in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the often overwhelming pressure to “have it all figured out.” My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I create a space where you feel supported while also being gently challenged to explore patterns — like people-pleasing or self-doubt — that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), blending talk therapy with mindfulness and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a deeper sense of presence. I can’t wait to meet you!
