I aim to make individuals of all identities feel heard, accepted, and valued while empowering them on their unique healing journey.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). As your therapist, I am here to help you navigate life's complexities by harnessing your inner strengths and capabilities. I strive to create a sincere, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your needs, goals, and obstacles affecting your well-being. When you feel heard, accepted, and valued in the therapeutic space, transformative change and healing can occur. My counseling approach is eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, drawing from various therapeutic techniques based on the needs of the client. I assist individuals with diverse issues including substance use, addiction, PTSD/trauma, depression/mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA+ support. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you on your journey to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I am looking forward to working with you!
