Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
You are allowed to want more from life. Therapy can help you discover new and healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.
I help kids, teens and adults whose school or work is taking a heavy toll on their emotional health. I have an in-person practice serving the greater Akron Area. Telehealth is available for clients living in Ohio. My teen and young adult clients can be worriers too but have developed some coping skills that cause the adults in their lives to be concerned. These students are either achieving at the expense of their happiness or have shut down and look like they have lost motivation. Deep down, they are still strivers but can not seem to get ahead so “why bother”. Some are headed to the next chapters in their lives and they want to do things differently as life gets more demanding. The adults in my practice are looking for more out of life and the lack of fulfillment is robbing them of the joys life can bring. They are often comparing themselves to others and worry that they are not where they need to be. They are well into their careers but t With over 20 years of experience as a school counselor, mental health professional, and administrator, I have worked with individuals of all ages. I am I am confident that together we can reclaim a sense of control and satisfaction.
