Hi there! I'm Shane, a licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist who has been providing mental health and sport psychology services since 2013. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and competition levels. I approach my work from an integrative theory, incorporating aspects of psychodynamic, ACT, mindfulness and internal family systems (IFS) perspective.
