Shalini Lulla
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
I love helping people discover how they can live more peaceful, meaningful, fulfilling lives.
My approach is warm and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, supportive therapeutic space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe insight is important, but equally important is action that results in change. I provide practical tools and approaches, encouraging my clients to “try on” new ways of thinking about themselves and what’s possible. I tailor my approach for each client, with a focus on CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, positive psychology, and wellness/self-care. I specialize in helping people better manage anxiety and stress, develop in their relationships with partners, family, friends, and co-workers, and thrive as individuals. I bring a unique skill set and life experience to my work. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I enjoyed a successful career in the corporate world for 18 years. This experience provides me with firsthand knowledge and empathy regarding the stressors and challenges of being in a professional role. I can help you navigate these stressors so you can enjoy your work. I look forward to working with you!
