Things aren’t going right. Perhaps everything feels off. Maybe you’re struggling to manage strong and unpredictable emotions. Is this affecting your relationships, causing impulsivity, leading to substance use, or making you avoid situations and people? I’m here to help you through it. Together, we can develop healthier coping strategies to regain control and improve your well-being. We'll help you manage overwhelming emotions and increase awareness of triggers. I'll guide you with effective emotional regulation techniques. The impacts of trauma will diminish, relationships can thrive, and you'll overcome unhelpful coping patterns. I use DBT, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and interpersonal therapy to help meet your goals. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use. I am LGBTQ+ identified and affirming.
