Accepting clients

I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds. My primary focus is providing evidence-based or "known to work" treatments.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I obtained my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium program in Palo Alto, CA. I have been practicing for 14 years in a range of treatment settings from the UCSF Alliance Health Project, Stanford University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and the VA Puget Sound Health Care System - Seattle Division, to my current private practice. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults. My primary focus is providing evidence-based or "known to work" treatments, including CBT, ACT, CPT for PTSD, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and mindfulness-based therapies. While I place a high value on research-based treatments, I believe validation, compassion, and a strong therapeutic relationship are essential to effective therapy. I will work with you to collaboratively set goals and meet your individual needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
