My approach is client centered, using your strengths to assist you with creating goals to help you on your journey. I will support you and give you the tools to assist you with managing your daily life. I am laid back and I will provide direct and honest feedback. I like to use a variety of different strategies and theories including worksheets and some homework assignments to assist you. Some include Motivational Interviewing, CBT and Solution Focus.

Accepts new patients after hospitalization for

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
