Sean Blackburn

Sean Blackburn is a licensed independent social worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Kentucky. His extensive clinical background includes work in diverse settings such as inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, and long-term care environments. Sean focuses on providing counseling services to young adults and older adults, specifically supporting individuals from age 22 through seniors 65 and older.
