At Insights Psychological Services, we put the client-therapist relationship above all, as this is the basis for successful treatment.

Welcome to Insights Psychological Services! We provide relational talk-therapy to college students, graduate students, professionals, and couples. We are an online group practice where the therapeutic relationship is emphasized, as we believe it is paramount to successful treatment outcomes. Our clinical staff and advanced doctoral student clinicians focus on using psychodynamic therapy to treat clients who are struggling with anxiety, test performance, athletic performance, panic, trauma, depression, low mood, low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship issues, conflicts with family of origin, parenting, co-parenting, life transitions, identity, gender identity, sexual identity, sexual health, motivation, organization, ADHD, ASD, and neurodivergence. We will be offering a virtual, psychoeducational support group for new dads in January 2026! We offer a free consultation to assess for goodness of fit. Contact us for a free consultation by either calling us at 857-576-0520, going to our website www.insightspsychologicalservices.org and sending us a message, or via email at info@insightspsych.com. We look forward to speaking with you!
