I am a board certified psychiatrist and specialize in treating sleep problems, adult ADHD, complex treatment resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD

I am a board (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) certified psychiatrist and specialize in treating sleep problems, adult ADHD, complex treatment resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. I believe in integrative care, meaning in addition to medications and psychotherapy I focus on factors that contribute to a person’s overall health and wellbeing. These include diet and nutrition, lifestyle factors like sleep, exercise, stress management and the use of specific supplements etc. Principles of supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness are included my practice. I use a personalized approach for adjusting medications and psychotherapy to meet an individual's needs. Seeing people get better and meet their own life goals is the most rewarding part of my work.
