Sarah Wesch
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
My approach to therapy is practical and solution-oriented. I work to provide a relationship in which you feel heard and empowered to move forward.
My primary specialties are perinatal issues. I help those with existing mood or anxiety disorders plan for pregnancy. I work with postpartum issues as well, specializing in postpartum anxiety/OCD but I'm also a resource for postpartum psychosis and depression. I work with couples who have lost pregnancies or infants cope with grief and manage anxiety through subsequent pregnancies. In addition to my perinatal work, I work with anxiety and perfectionism in a wide range of clients.
