Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I value my relationships with my clients and know that it is within the safety of the therapeutic relationship that significant healing can occur.
Hello! My name is Sarah and I offer individual and family therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIAS2+ clients. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and transformation, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and healthier coping strategies. I value my relationships with my clients and know that it is within the safety of the therapeutic relationship that significant healing can occur. I create a safe, affirming, non judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe in the inherent strength and resilience of my clients, empowering them to tap into their inner resources and navigate life’s challenges with courage and authenticity. I use a collaborative, individualized treatment approach, working with clients to develop treatment goals that reflect their unique lived experience, values, and hopes for the future. I have extensive experience working with queer and trans individuals, helping them navigate a wide range of life experiences and identities. My interventions are based on proven research-based therapies and effectiveness - helping clients towards healing.
