I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions.

In addition to traditional therapy approaches, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful approach especially effective for healing trauma/PTSD, and reducing distress tied to painful memories. It can also bring significant relief for anxiety, as well as a wide range of other issues such as imposter syndrome and fear of public speaking. Over the years, I've also had the privilege of supporting educators, healthcare workers, and first- and second-generation individuals from immigrant backgrounds. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems.
