I've worked with many educators, first responders, healthcare workers, and first- and second-generation individuals from immigrant backgrounds. In addition to traditional therapy approaches, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is especially effective for healing trauma/PTSD. It can also bring significant relief for anxiety, imposter syndrome, fear of public speaking, and other fears/phobias.
