Over the years, I've also had the privilege of supporting educators, healthcare workers, and first- and second-generation individuals from diverse immigrant backgrounds. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. In addition to traditional therapy approaches, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful approach especially effective for healing trauma/PTSD, and reducing distress tied to painful memories. It can also bring significant relief for anxiety, as well as a wide range of other issues such as imposter syndrome, fear of public speaking, and other phobias.
