Sarah Moore
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I am a licensed professional counselor. My goal is to provide a safe and inclusive place to work through anxiety, trauma, transition, and relationships.
It is an honor to walk with individuals and families on their healing journey. I believe deeply in the power of connection and presence. My desire is to facilitate a safe environment to not only stop suffering, but free people to fully come alive. I have seen a spectrum of clients from different backgrounds and stages of life. Some common issues I work with are anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma recovery (specifically abuse), relationship issues, grief processsing, body image challenges, stress management. I have worked with individuals ranging in age, parents and teens, and couples. I am trained in different forms of experiential therapy. My hope is to provide an environment of love and acceptance so that you can have a new experience of yourself and connection. I want to help you integrate and digest painful experiences, so that you can live more whole and be the fullest expression of yourself. Therapy has been a huge part of my own journey. It is such a vulnerable and brave step to reach for help! I'm happy to do a short intro call or we can go ahead and set up your first session. I look forward to meeting you!
